I checked out this really interesting workshop on eating according to your blood type. I’d heard of this way of eating before but just recently started seriously considering it. I noticed several years ago that if I had brazil nuts I would immediately break out. So when I saw that brazil nuts was one of the foods to avoid for my blood type I kept reading. Well it turns out that I’m supposed to avoid wheat, corn, dairy and caffeine. And I thrive on lean red meat, fish, and lots of veggies like broccoli and spinach.
