Eat For Your Blood Type

I checked out this really interesting workshop on eating according to your blood type. I’d heard of this way of eating before but just recently started seriously considering it. I noticed several years ago that if I had brazil nuts I would immediately break out. So when I saw that brazil nuts was one of the foods to avoid for my blood type I kept reading. Well it turns out that I’m supposed to avoid wheat, corn, dairy and caffeine. And I thrive on lean red meat, fish, and lots of veggies like broccoli and spinach.     Hi Jane,

    The notes I have for type A say you should avoid kidney beans, lima beans, potatoes, cabbage, eggplant, bananas and tomatoes. Your super foods (foods that will work like medicine for you) are soy based foods, richly oiled cold water fish like salmon and sardines, olive oil, walnuts, dark leafy greens like spinach, kale and swiss chard, garlic, onion, blueberries and elderberries, ginger, and green teaaaaaa :D.
