Young At Heart

Your Mental Age is:

(6 years younger than your actual age)

Young Heart

Most people’s mental age is 5 years older

I’ve always been really conscious of time and how fast it passes. I remember being in Elementary school and crying whenever I heard Sittin’ On The Dock Of The Bay as I listened to the lyrics about time through who I thought was an old man.  Maybe I just sensed his old soul. Anyway, somehow I have managed to find the balance between having an old soul and a young heart. I think the key to having a young heart is to learn forgiveness. If you can remember back to kindergarten, you should remember how easy it was to forgive. Even if that kid kicked rocks at you on purpose, if they said sorry you were able to forgive and go back to playing. At least, that’s how it was for me and from what I’ve observed in children over the years.

If you want to take the test that I took above to see what your mental age is, check out MBTI123. Be sure to share your results in the comments below :).
