On January 1, 2014, I’d like to invite you to join me on a 90 day challenge to optimal health. During this time we won’t consume sugar, caffeine or alcohol…at all. Also, we will exercise :). The end date for this challenge will be April 1, 2014. If 90 days scares you, I totally get it. You are free to join me for 30 days and we can chat about continuing or why you want to stop.
I know when I first experimented with living this way in 2013 the first thing that crossed my mind was, “What in the world is left for me to eat?“. Obviously, there are tons of things that I can eat and they are far more nutritious than the things I ate previously. I’m looking forward to sharing my recipes and journey with you all and would love for you to share yours as well.
